The offense happened in Project Ventura

Summary
I observed the subject traveling in a Green Sedan at excessive speeds (20+) and driving on wrong side of the road. I initiated a traffic stop along with an unmarked unit, at which time the subject left the scene and resulted in a pursuit being initiated. During the pursuit as seen in the video provided I attempt to desync the subject however, they left the game resulting in no arrest being made possible.
