Incident Description*:

I was extremely wanted by law enforcement for being involved in multiple pursuits. They were losing hope and eventually gave up in chasing me except for an individual by the name of vexbolts5533. This individual in particular broke what I believe was multiple rules as he jumped on my vehicle and stayed there for around 3 minutes. During this 3 minutes, he was using many animations in an attempt to stall/stop my vehicle which is a form of glitching. This will be self explanatory in the evidence, but he kept doing it. He then knew he was in the wrong and changed his outfit attempting to evade me obtaining his username. I later went OOC and confirmed his identity using the database and going up to him - Hovering my mouse over his person. The animations he used were crouching on the windshield, laying down which brought my car to a complete stop. It is only when he got off to attempt to grab me I was able to drive off. Not to mention he put himself in that position and then proceeded to discharge his firearm at me as if I am vehicularly assaulting him.
