The offense happened in Project Ventura

Summary
I observed the subject traveling in a Purple Sedan at excessive speeds of 20+ MPH on NB Florence Boulevard near the I-105 overpass. I initiated a traffic stop by activation of lights and sirens, subject ran a red light and failed to indicate a left hand turn onto Highland Avenue WB. The subject continued at excessive speeds without due regard to the rules or due regard to the safety of other by swerving onto oncoming traffic. I discontinued a pursuit due to the potential danger to the public and placed a BOLO on the vehicle via radio. IRL minutes later, I became aware that the subject had reappeared and then observed the subject at speds auto in florence and observed 2 units presently chasing the subject. I joined in and observed the subject be boxed in by the 2 units followed by the subject leaving the server. A minute or so later the subject rejoined the same server.
