I was on the sidewalk of Sped Autos, when I witnessed the VHP Trooper (Offender/Brownhanded), rushing up to some guy and grabbing him after he walked off the sidewalk. He then cuffed him, put him in his car, and said he was going to be cited for jaywalking. I followed him around and made fun of him a little bit, within TOS, while he cited the guy for jaywalking. Before pulling off, he told me to "hang from a tre", then added the second e. This is threatening/encouraging suicide, and is against Roblox TOS for obvious reasons.

The evidence shown proves that he did detain the guy for jaywalking, and the cad screenshot shows the cite and the username of the offender as proof. The other two screenshots show the actual message sent from the offender.
