5 Date and Approx. Time: 9/28/2025 (Sep 28th, 2025.) Around 6:00 PM CST.

6 Location: Point Blank Firearms on Fairhaven Blvd, where Rosewood, Fairhaven, and Hacienda Blvd meet.
7 Context: I said he had a big nose in the gun store as a joke and he became aggressive and said it was verbal threats. I brushed it off and went to the firing range to test my gun, and the officer kept trying to get my attention, at one point getting close to where I was shooting in the range. I walked outside to find my car gone, and he was too busy asking for ID to acknowledge me. When I refused, as he had no probable cause, he detained me. A few minutes later, an officer let me go and found my car. I thanked him and was walking back, when I got tased and arrested AGAIN.

8 Specific Rules Violated: False charges - Chased me for jaywalking in a parking lot with nobody driving in it and evasion when an officer released me and said I was free to go and was walking to my car.

Fair Treatment of Suspects - Told me to cry about it, disrespected me a lot. Just rude overall.
