The offense happened in Perris, California.
Context I saw the vehicle speeding, 104 in an 80. Felony speeds in California. I tried to pull said vehicle over blipping my siren many times, at one point for around 5 seconds. At this point I decided to call it a pursuit. The suspect remained at speeds 104 due to the vehicle he was in meaning he was unable to go faster, and then turned INTO Perris, he begins to slow down then rolling into a RSO (Riverside Sheriff's Office, the real name for them not RCSO.) K9 Tahoe. He stepped out and I went in for the cuffs as fast as possible whilst he was facing away. I took him into custody and told him why he was under arrest before he could ask. (Felony evading, Reckless Driving, Felony Speeds). (According the the template I need to add this ig)
