Incident Description*:

The offender was a rogue law FCPD Officer and killed a total of 17 people, all or mostly cops. He went into Albany Estates, and I believe he sent a panic which caused units to respond. He killed all responding units for no known reason. This is also not his first time as he has older ban records for Mass RDM and tool abuse.

Going into the kill-logs channel and searching factiy will show the evidence easier.

I can upload and submit video evidence if needed, but this should be sufficient as it shows him killing 17 people total, mostly law enforcement/EMS, within a short period of time.
