Incident Description*:

I was going to be arresting a person for Obstruction as he was standing on top of a cop's car, preventing the cop from leaving, while his friend was being arrested. I then tased them and cuffed them for obstruction, as he's not letting the cop execute his abilities to arrest someone. Elchorero then proceeded to say he's a sheriff supervisor and demanded I charge him for something else that wouldn't suit the incident when I refused. SBI then came in and arrested me.
