Ultra-Corrupt officers [Highway randomly shoots civ] [Officer fines 2k on jaywalking and tries to book also] officer lies on the whole cam adding nosense stuff

Situation: I recently fresh joined a server, i was gonna rp as a dog, Then i see an accident far away i walked towards it to seee if all okay, Then the cop arrests me [i think cuf rushing not sure] and says im under arrest for jay walking, and for walking in his crime scene wich there was no cones, tapes or something, and he says that im obsctructing his crime scene, its an accident no crime scene no dead bodys no nothing, Then he puts me on patrol car and readys to book me till i say call sueprvisor he waits since there wasn't any online, a highway shows, an civilian passes nearbys and for a reasson the highway shoots the whole van of the civilian exlaiming ''he was gonna run me over'' wich in the VIDEO i have he didn't, didn't even touched his unit, claiming also that he is ''VPH'', And then the officer FCPD claims that i was driving a car ilegally as a dog, when i wasn't and its on video, Then he notices ist not jailable for jaywalking and ends putting me an almost 2k fine or an 2k fine for jaywalking, And additional charges for ''attemped obstructing'', we have to reclaim that i was cuffed the whole moment he never gived me warnings or something, Its very unfair and sad to see this type of situations and stuff
