Incident Description*:
Trooper came up to me after i used the "!help" command claiming to be staff, I asked for his discord but couldn't find him, he kept asking if i sent the clip, then i realized he sounded too young to be a moderator. I went to ask his age, he gave me 2 answers, 13 and 15. I go and notify staff again as i had a previous call where i got VDM'd and was hoping someone would tp to me but i died and just left it at that. He goes inside after i confront him on staff impersonation, he comes out and kills me after i make a tweet on the game app for mod assistance. I respawn and notify staff again but i get killed 2 more times. I go and cuff him and he starts hitting the panic button asking others for help, He then tries to run and i use necessary force to keep him in my vicinity while i wait on staff to respond, so i use my taser and pepper spray to temporarily subdue him in the meantime. He's then claiming i am abusing my rank and powers because i am trying to get him to stay still and near the station, he then LTAP's.
