Incident Description*: I was stopped in the middle of the road because I was roleplaying that my car had broken down. When the officer pulled me over I explained that to him. I told him that no crime had been committed so he did not need to see my ID because you are only required to provide ID if a crime has been committed. Refusal to identify is an additional charge on top of another offense. For example if I had run a red light and then refused to identify myself that charge would apply. He never called for a supervisor and ended up shooting me when I got out of the car.
