Incident Description:
I witness a black dodge go through a red light so I went to pull around as I was originally going in a different direction. I catch up to the vehicle now parked up. I go up to the car trying to check its plate but did not appear. The owner comes out which appears to be SBI, I then confront him and tell him he's detained however he drives off from the stop. I then get in my car then pull him over then uses his powers as SBI to get himself out of it then uses attending a scene where he is not needed as an excuse to leave when I was conducting a T/S on him and saying I was interfering with SBI duties when conducting a T/S for a red light running. Both clips include him committing the traffic violation and the 2nd shows the incident in which shows him abusing his LEO team powers.
