What Happened?

So, here's the thing: when I wanted to play Project Ventura, it turned out that I was banned for exploits, which surprised me because I had never used exploits in any game by Mountain Interactive. That's why I appealed for the first time on Discord back then, and a moderator quickly reached out to clarify things with me. Now, hand on heart, I am not lying – around 2 years ago, maybe less, about 17-19 months ago, I used exploits in various Roblox games like Lumber Tycoon 2, in games of that type, but never in your games. But getting back to the story, when he asked me to show my browser history and instructed me to search for exploits, I did that, and as soon as he saw such a word in the history, he disconnected immediately. He didn't even look at the date or give me a chance to explain. I was immediately banned on Discord on your server and in all your games, and a few days later I received a 2-year ban on my Discord account for harassment, both reports coming from your server. That's why I now have to use a new account. I really love the game Project Ventura and I had no reason to use any exploits or other pointless cheats.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
Because I have never used any cheats in your game, I even helped you fight exploiters by cleaning up the lamps and other objects they spawned all over the map. I even have a few clips showing that I didn't use any software or exploits. I really love your game, but in reality, I got banned for nothing that I did in your game.
I said that I once used exploits, but I stopped because it was stupid and pointless, which is why I ask for understanding. Thank you.
