Incident Description*:

Individual was being booked at CHP, Overheard a trooper make a statement about the suspect not closing his mouth.
Suspect responded with saying something along the lines of "I will use my mouth for something else if you guys let me go though"
Troopers continued booking after that little statement and chuckled,
Seems extremely weird to say that to a child.
