What Happened?
So basically if my memory is correct, about to month's from the date this appeal was made, (09/27/2025) , According to the log i was banned in 7/22/2025, 11:54:36 PM, With a Permanent Length for a incident i had with the LAPD in the closed Project of Los, Angeles, California, I will now Explain the Incident, On July 22th, 2025 My friend got stopped outside the Compton Tower, (Also Known as LA tower By old players of the project) When at the moment, i was as said by the Moderator MG, (Metagaming) While Being on a discord call with: Explosivepizzaman699 ( the Person that got stopped) .
When i came to the place where he got stopped in a Black Kia Stinger, Then i stepped outside of the car and approached the Scene, when i talked to one of the officers and as i approached him he replied with an aggressive conduct towards me walking up to the barrier ( the officer is the person that made the report ), I asked: ''What happened to my friend, Why is he laying in the ground?!.'' Then the officer replied: ''Back Up, Or i will arrest you for obstruction of Justice!.'' then i tell him: ''You'll see the consequences of what you have done to my friend'', The i proceeded to find one of my friends (Who did not have discord) Bought 2 M16A1's One for me and one for him, 2 Glocks 17's TLR1's, and handed one to him, then told him you go first, He goes up to the first one tells him not to move and to let Explosivepizzaman699 go then the cop pulls his gun and shoots him 3 times in the abdomen as my friend shoots his head, then i go up to the second cop who i aim my Firearm at and i tell him ''Don't move let him go and i won't hurt you'' Then the cop pulls a gun and try's shooting me wich he failed to do so, so when he failed to neutrilize me i pulls the trigger and fire 3 shot RP killing him the i turn over to Explosivepizzaman699 and tell him ''What do i do now?'' and he says: ''Shoot me'' so i shoot him now next thing i remember is being TP to a Mod box and being moderated for SI, RDM, and MG.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
Since my ban on July 22th 2025 i have Though of what i did wrong, and i deeply regret of my actions, I know i shouldn't have done my actions but at the time i was really inmature, and from the time since i got banned i have realized of my mistakes, what i did was a fail of roleplay and i again sincerely regret it, i have spent year with Mountain Interactive and i have some good memories and some bad memories, and from the mistakes i have done i have learned to be a better player or roleplayer, i have seen what i have done wrong and i want to be in this new chapter of Mountain interactive, and since then i have cared to realise that anything has major or minor consequences, even a small mistake can result in a major problem, and i deeply regret my actions during the time that LA was an active project, and i wish to be a part of this new era of Mountain Interactive games, I wish to explore Ventura and project Delta, and much others, i have changed from the last time i was within MI, and I think I could do better If I just had a second chance, Ethan if your reading this i'am sorry of how i treated you that day and how i treated you before, i just wished i had another opportunity to prove that i changed.
