What Happened?
I was speeding and was grappeled, I did ask what did beforehand but it wasn't shown in the clip and I switched teams as I believe I was being abused, in the moment I felt as if I was being wronged after getting off of CHP team prior to that and having no record for any crimes prior to the code 5 stop alongside not being told what I did.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I understand that it was against the game rules and I promise to uphold and follow the rules at all times. In the future I will think rationally and call a moderator in the future and gather enough evidence. The team switch resulted in my one day ban in the future I will educate and follow all protocols and procedures in terms of being banned this would be my first ever infraction that has resulted in such courses of action that include Server kicks & bans within Mountain Interactive games. After I reviewed the clip I have accepted my faults and punishments and rationalized with my choices which justified for the moderator banning me for the day as it's fail roleplay and unrealistic roleplay;
