Incident Description:

I initiated a pursuit with a SBI vehicle that had intially failed to pull over. As I did so, they failed to stop, running several lights. I eventually PIT'd them and they then grabbed me, before releasing me.

Rule Violated:

AOT (And yes, this is AOT; using SBI to commit crimes and be "de facto" immune from other cops is abuse of teams. Regular cops can't do anything to stop you (grab, etc) so you are essentially immune.)
