What Happened

I was banned for TK, RDM, then I watched the evidence clip and let me explain it. The person mentioned in the clip is not me, nor is the roblox character name or the roleplay character name. I would like you to double check the names of the people mentioned in the clip, as I am a victim and did not even do what is shown in the clip. I've only been playing the game for a few days, and I'm still at the beginner level and haven't unlocked the police team yet.
