Incident Description*:

I was stationed at the Gas Station of Florence's Blvd, I spotted a Black Charger running a red light when I tried to pull him over he failed to yield saying he doesn't want to pull over and etc then he started speeding away recklessly. We spotted him again near the Ports, we decided to try to pull him over again we lost eyes of him and we found him again fleeing from us when we turned on our lights after another officer found him he was near the Gas Station of Florence's and we found it was a developer of MI named mxchne abusing his ELS, Speeding and Reckless driving, running a red light, and fleeing from officers.
