Incident Description*:

I was sitting 10-6 outside of Sped Auto's I was on SO. Knowing I was outside of JD I wasn't in service until I got back. Two subjects then ran up to my patrol car questing about JD they then showed VBI badges and stood Infront of my vehicle preventing me from leaving. I then said "Standing Infront of my vehicle is not going to get you an answer. The subject walked away as I was leaving and then chased me down the street pitting my vehicle. I got out of my vehicle attempting to explain I was already driving back to JD was going in the direction of JD. The subjects never stated that I was detained. They then grabbed me placed me in cuffs and booked me in the county jail with no explanation stating "you resisted and evaded us".
