Incident Description*:

when i spawned as pd i saw him afk but didnt pay attention to it bc i thought maybe he was loading or something, then maybe 20 to 30 mins after i came back to station and saw him still afk another person was there and he told me he watched him being afk for 20 minutes so i started clipping and he stayed afk for 10 more minutes, so i jailed him for corruption within LE to kick him off the team.
