What Happened?
Hello, staff — I’d like to appeal my RDM ban. Earlier I had multiple shootouts with the same player. he drove into the fight at high speed, slowed down to look at me, and I reasonably believed they might be interfering or posing a threat. I made a decision to shoot because I couldn’t tell if he were hostile or trying to aid the other side.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I did not intend to break rules and I’m sorry for how it looked. Please review the footage — I believe the prior engagements and their car behavior provide important context. I accept any consequences if I broke a rule and will follow any guidance or training the staff recommends. Thank you for your time.

Also, my previous ban shouldn’t count against me since it was issued without proper reason for the ban and later overturned by an appeal moderator.
