Incident Description*:

Suspect was in a traffic stop for drifting(reckless driving) in the target parking lot, i was assisting the VHP Trooper so i didn't see the offense. He wanted a VHP supervisor, we asked, no one answered, i was Cpt with the HCSD and told him since no one is answering i am the supervisor and he just left.
