What Happened?
At 9/25/2025 I was playing Project Ventura as a civilian at spawn. I was quite new to roleplaying as a citizen and went to check out the nearby area, when a situation occurred where multiple players both in law enforcement and civilian team were engaging in a brawl. During this, I was dragging a corpse from the commotion, which I must admit was unrealistic and stupid even in roleplay. Doing this, I found myself getting glitched and stuck laying down on the ground, which I and nearby bystanders supect was due to me pulling a ragdolled dead player.

Throughout this ordeal, some players on the citizen team, started hurdling my body doing suggestive movements towards my player. The police were swift to attempt to break up the situation. This is also when one of the LEO players suggested cuffing me, to "fix" my glitched player, that was stuck in position from the aforementioned situation where I was dragging a ragdoll.

At the time of the photo being taken, I was explaining my situation being swarmed earlier. I can see why the image could be translated as a serious offense, but this was in no means an attempt to do suggestive/explicit actions in game. During this ordeal, one of the players roleplaying as an officer promptly mentioned "VTOS" in which the arresting player in the image agreed. I must admit that I did not realize that I had committed a TOS offense at this time, as I was trying to explain what had happened in a "playful" way, which I admit was not very thoughtful of me. Originally, I was also going to be put under arrest for having "tampered with a crime scene" by pulling said body.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I understand that this can be translated as a serious violation of the terms of service, but it was in no way purposefully. In another sense, I feel like the image provided does not do me justice, as I was not "ERP-ing" as the report suggests. Me mentioning "repe", however, I must admit could be translated as such, but was again, not part of roleplay, but rather me explaining what had happened earlier. I must also mention that the arresting player was also quite frustrated with me having pulled the body and "tampering with a scene", which I believe could explain why someone could possibly try to take the situation out of context to heighten the seriousness/severity.

I am a serious roleplayer on another hand, and have had many "good" interactions earlier in the EMS/LEO teams. If my ban was to be appealed, I would certainly refrain from attempting to bypass chatfilters again, and I am truly saddened that I created a situation that lead to a severe reaction like this one. I'd also like to apologize to anyone offended by my non-harmful intended bypass, and the team that took their time to give a justful reaction from this possible misunderstanding.
