Incident Description*: While out with an active supervisor request, a random VHP Trooper walked across the street and gunned down myself and 2 others who were standing and dicussing a situation. Video shows the Trooper opening fire on us and the screenshot (kill logs) captures his username as I was unable to obtain it ingame.
