Incident Description*: I stopped out with a vehicle which was illegally parked in the Renaissance Plaza. Upon running the plate, I found that the owner was wanted for an unpaid citation. I entered the business that the vehicle was parked in front of looking for the male that fit the ID photo provided in the CAD. Upon locating the male matching the photo, I began questioning him about his identification at which time he tried to push me off to someone else who was leaving the store. When I requested his documentation, he then left the game.
