Incident Description*:

On 09/25/2025, divinebass was operating an unmarked vehicle with no emergency lights and drove recklessly, including running a red light. I, Commander Collins FCPD, initiated a traffic stop. The subject fled the scene. SBI was called in for assistance, and an additional SBI unit responded. Without provocation, the subject drew a weapon and opened fire on myself and the SBI units. This resulted in 3–4 counts of RDM. This situation was wrong because the subject: Abused law enforcement roleplay (reckless driving in an unmarked car without lights). Failed to comply with lawful stop procedures. Engaged in unprovoked lethal force, violating server rules (RDM).

Rules Violated*:

Fail RP – Driving an unmarked vehicle with no emergency equipment and abusing Sheriff role. RDM (Random Deathmatch) – Shooting at law enforcement without valid roleplay reason (3–4 counts).
