if i applied before the new rule where americans cant reply, does that apply to my app since i applied before it happened?

"Everyone who has submitted an application is placed in the protected group and will eventually be accepted, provided they pass the review process."

Although they're only accepting Europeans, I believe you will still be protected in this group along with everyone else and will be reviewed when the time is right.

i submitted my application on the 22nd, i was never placed in any group (i also found out it was a joke so disregard that lmao) ive been waiting on an email, i know it takes time as there are probably a lot of apps coming in, but i was never placed in a group
