What happened - Last night I was playing as a civilian. I was showing someone new to the game around the map near RPD and 7 Eleven when we heard shots being fired. We drove near that area and watched these two people (One being the person who reported me in the clip) and another unknown person. The new person and I had parked on the side of the road nowhere in the line of fire of the two shooting at each other. All of a sudden someone started shooting at me (The person who reported me who for some reason decided to stop shooting at the person shooting him and start shooting at the person in a car uninvolved). As soon as he started shooting at us he hit my arm that was sticking out of the driver side and I immediately drove off. I drove far into the In N Out parking lot where I did some medical on my arm. I would say about 3 minutes later the person I was with and I went to SnK where we then saw the same individual that shot me. And you can clearly see in the beginning of the clip the person I was with says "it was def him". The person says "no" but we both knew it was him because there is no one else in the server with big yellow letters on their back that says FBI. So I don't know how this is RDM when it is basically a "get back". After some time I had died in a completely different scenario and the individual approaches me and starts telling me how he had already died and I had rdmed him. I couldn't have known that because I wasn't following him around. He then proceeds to ask me to "1v1" him. I left the game after that. This clip was clearly taken out of context and is a misunderstanding in roleplay.
I think I should be unbanned because it was a misunderstanding. The other person and I had no way to know if he had died after he shot me in the arm and we drove away. I believe this ban and clip was taken out of context.
