Incident Description*:

After a pursuit with a vehicle I witness another similar vehicle (same color, and rear lights) so I initiated a felony stop due to the murder of x2 officers and felony evasion. At this point it was the wrong suspect and the individual was showing evidence (similar car and color, wrong place wrong time). During this a sheriff asked for us to move vehicles out of the road and I saw one second while I clear this up then after going back and forth while dealing with the individual he then pulls away to the home depot parking lot where he begins to shoot at me and attempts to kill me but fails and leaves the game (and can be seen in the leave logs still in combat while leaving).

I have an additional clip of him pulling up on scene but not him showing as the driver, I also did not record the interaction with him.
