Incident Description:

The first time, I had no idea why, since he just jumped out of his car while on the road, went to my car, opened the door, and started shooting at me, suddenly out of nowhere. I had not seen him or had any interaction with him before. This was the first time we ever met, and I just got shot for no reason.

In the second clip, I was driving when I saw him in a car. I told my friend in the car with me im was going to confront him, but when his and my car got to a stop, I asked him why. Instead of answering why he did it, he jumps out of the car and rdms me again,
