Not sure who is the person is, I submitted a report in game on September 23th 2025. I dmed Calebr for information and he closed his dms

Incident Description*:

I was stationed at the Gas Station at Florence's Blvd in Project Ventura as CHP, A black vehicle was running a red light at the intersection when the car passed me I turned on my lights and sirens, the two individuals in the vehicle started to get out of the car and make issues with me when pulling them over. After that issue, We had SBI and another CHP on scene of the traffic stop, driver gave his id to me and I ran it he had a clear record with no warrant active, after that I gave him a citation. From there he gets of the car and his friend claiming that they stolen this car, I ran the plates of the vehicle and wasn't registered under his name. I proceeded to detained him and put him into custody for vehicle theft, when SBI was on scene he ran the plates and said it was stolen. With probable from SBI, myself, and the messages from the individuals we transported them to jail. I was arrested for "not having probable cause" based on my findings and SBI took me into custody.
