Description Of the Incident:

Several Police Officers have Hits placed on them by LA Takeover Mob with rewards in the Underground after a Semi successful Sting Involving LA Takeover that any one of said police officers in reasonable suspicion could

have been the snitch, the LASD and LAPD from what I know have willingly played along with this RP and have even arrested the leader of LA Takeover Mob a few times and even Labelled him as a POI for gang related activities, to this day i am pretty sure he still has a warrant out on him, I in this incident had by happenstance while going around rooftops looking for my target Bakerman who is among the hit list, finally found him and recorded the assassination in order to get my reward for my successful Hit.

Bakerman has known from my current knowledge of a hit being placed on him for quite some time, he played along and obviously acknowledged the hit in dms when i wanted a gloat a lil at him and tease him since i used to know him back when we were in USMS.

Bakerman False Reported me for RDM sometime after Shooting him to claim the hit on him and me Msging him on discord teasing him about it.

Around 12:00 PM after getting online and attempting to join L.A seeing my ban for RDM, I went to the dms of the moderator in question explaining my side that i never got to explain at all as i went to bed shortly after

this incident, he immediately said that he would talk to others as if afraid of taking any action himself which was a bit odd to me.

He stated that he had talked to someone above normal IA, maybe a High Ranking IA member, about this and he had said Hits are not allowed at all, and are bannable.

Which i found ludicrous having played for long enough to know that hits on other players in this game have been a thing for quite some time and have been done before by people from donators to corporate members themselves, there is no rules written anywhere from what i can recall anywhere in this community stating such a thing, heck there is even a HITMAN npc job added recently due to high demand because there are probably just not enough Hitman RP situations as in proper roleplayed situations between parties going on for the average player to enjoy.

Finding this not right i went to Captainman, someone of great integrity within this community and of great maturity to ask him clearly about this, players doing hits on other players being outlawed? He would know for sure if this is the case.

He Clearly Stated

“Ok so how we have always handled hits on another player is that as long as the other player is asked ahead of time and he agrees to RP a hit on him or the threat of a hit on him then you can plan and do the hit however you wish. But if they dont wanna RP any hits or have the hit placed on them then no.”

Bakerman and most of the police force have known for awhile now that members have hits placed on their head to my knowledge, at any time they could have went to LA Takeover Mob and tried to void this Hit List RP, They have gone along with it greatly expanding roleplay opportunities for both police and criminal roleplay between law enforcement agencies and the LA Takeover Mob and their Allied Gangs, and have even gone to the extent of arresting the LA Takeover Mob leader a few times and labelling him as a Person Of Interest and filing warrants on him, once even nabbing him along with me and several others in the same crowd with LASD swat jump out boys and bringing them to the station for questioning regarding LA Takeover Mob and the Hit list on their members; This is their choice and they have chosen to do so.

I had even Dmed Bakerman to tease and he was acknowledging it, this is clearly within the grounds of what Captainman stated, and this roleplay is likely to continue and spiral into further conflict between LEO agencies and gangs in LA unless all of a sudden The LAPD and LASD decide to void part of it.

I think roleplay like this between gangs and LEO in this game brings activity to this community and Fun and should in fact be celebrated and encouraged more, as it gives opportunities to both sides to do things beyond mundane traffic stops and for criminals small crime like stick ups and dealing p30s.

In All with all of this context and evidence I think an IA investigation should be ran on HX and also whoever he asked about Hits saying they are not allowed that is if they are even real and he did actually ask somebody.

And maybe some retraining for the staff team is in order because it seems now anyone can just take a clip out of context and use it to get just about anyone banned for RDM.

False banning for RDM and doubling down on it after trying to explain to him.

Potentially Lying about Asking Higher Ranking Staff

Covering for a police officer who I think the staff in question might be friends with.
