Incident Description*: kept handcuffing me to go back on patrol I was involved in the scene I have proof

Since there's no proof, I already know this is getting denied but let me tell you like I told you 5 times before. You were not needed on the scene and were causing problems, I issued you a lawful order to go back on patrol and you kept ignoring me citing that you couldn't put up your dog even though you kept involving yourself in the scene.

I gave you one clear last warning what would happen if you didn't go back on patrol, you said okay and you just went back to reinvolving yourself with the scene where you were not needed.

Read the rules next time, I issued you an order as a commander (which if you'd read the rules you'd know you have to follow) and you failed to do so. I don't see the problem here, and neither did the SBI.
