Incident Description*:

The offender was spotted driving throughout Florence very recklessly, and a traffic stop was attempted. He stopped at Sped Autos, exited his car, and opened fire on everyone there. The suspect was killed shortly after by myself. He then respawned, and opened fire on officers near the Port. I responded again, and gunned him down. He then left there after.

Also please refund my 60 XP I lost when I killed him if possible
