Give us an Incident Description:

Hopped into my car and refused to leave, when I got out and grabbed him it was unsuccessful and he tried to run. At this point I unholstered my taser and he stopped moving, and I told him to get his hands up and that he’s being arrested. He then just left.

Maximum punishment available, this guy is a known troll as I’ve encountered him before and he has a moderation record.
