Im not sure what a V-TOS ban is as ive never had it before but what happened was a couple hours ago I had joined and not been banned and left and as I joined back at 10:30 ish I hopped into a car with someone and we headed to the city. we did swap cars a couple times but I was just following him (dont have a clue who he is) and then he tried getting into a police chase and I got hit with a ban

I dont know what a v-tos ban is but here.

I think I should be unbanned because I got banned out of the blue with no warning NOR did i talk to anyone about it. I just wanna play a game that looks fun.
