Give us an Incident Description:

I responded to a call with two officers holding a suspect at gunpoint. Upon responding, I hopped out of my car and aimed my gun at the man telling him to get out or he will be shot. He got out and tried to hop the wall, at which point I holstered my gun and ran up to him to tase him. He then repeatedly yelled ‘YOU’RE ON MY PROPERTY’ though the hot pursuit doctrine allows me to go onto his property to arrest him, as confirmed by a LAPD watch commander (Lieutenant+). The suspect was then taken at which point I informed him that he’s being arrested, and he subsequently said “nah bro” and ragequit.

- Leaving to avoid Punishment/Leaving to avoid arrest

How long do you think the player be punished for:

A 12h ban, since he has been permanently banned and kicked before thus he has a moderation record.

Time of Occurrence: December 8, 2024. Around 6:19 AM EST I believe
