I walked up to a suspect who was standing still and proceeded to grab them due to them having a warrant out for their arrest, I soon-after disconnected due to my internet changing as I was using mobile-hotspot. I was told by a friend who was on the scene that the Moderator 'Deadlymop' had said that I'd be receiving a warning that I need to '/me' for every action unless they are actively resisting otherwise it would be cuff-rushing, which neither are actually mentioned in the Community & Gameplay Rules.
