Hi, in Perris, you can just go to the spawner and get a free car.
In LA, we have NPC’s you can use to do jobs, tasks, and buy weapons, cars, etc.

You can also work at the Starblox, Tavern, Barber and Mcdonald’s to earn money in LA.

You can just get a job in Perris or in LA.

Also vehicles are free.

If you mean inserts it’s not in game money, its IRL money.
