Incident Description: Just walked out of the locker room when I heard shots coming from the parking lot, I then saw the user shoot at CHP while within the boundaries of CHP Spawn.

This in my opinion is RDM, there shouldn't be some random dude that runs into someone spawn and starts blasting, that's kinda like spawn camping.
