What Happened?

1st violation:

I was on rcso team, there was a emergency on the highway, there was an active shooter. When I came there, there was 1 dead officer and a suspect behind a car. The suspect shot in my direction once I got out of my car. I shot him back and he then hided behind his car but was not shooting back. I went behind his car, but it was really dark and I didn't saw he was injured so I accidentally shot him, which killed him.

2nd violation:

Right after this incident, I went back to the city of Perris, and at the overpass, there was a car speeding with no headlights and in the wrong lane. I proceeded to stop him and he stopped. Said who I was, asked for id which he wouldn't give after multiple times asking. So I asked him to step out. He was in the "bugged" kia and he didn't open the door so it made him go to the other side of the car. It was still really dark and I was in first person so I couldn't see what he was doing, so I took my tazer out, went to the other side, and by reflex tazed him. I apologized and he reported me.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I already got permently banned for V-TOS, and I totally understand that I was lucky to be unbanned.

I'd like to apology for the bad roleplay scenes I played, but I'm getting better at roleplay.

During my ban, I played other similar games and fixed these type of mistakes.

If I get unbanned, I won't redo mistake like these, I will do my best to roleplay the best I can.

I think that even though I broke these RP scenes, I should be unbanned, because I understood my mistakes and it won't happen d again if I get unbanned.
