Incident Description*:

Standing AFK at Speds attempting to get onto the HCSD team when I was tackled and cuffed by the user listed above. Following this I attempted to call a mod via !help. User then took off the cuffs and ran away. Two separate clips but maybe seconds apart. One of the takedown, and one once he released me to get his user.
