The person who was reporting me (not the guy i killed) was talking whole lot of smack. When i started to talk back to the chp (not the guy I shot), the staff started talking back to me as well. Than later another staff came into the scene also talking smack. First the staff accused me of frp the chp and the staff. Than when the other staff came they accused me of RDM. This was due to the other staff coming and probably saw my record and wanted me to get banned permanently cause he got mad I was talking back to them. And now this is part of my side why they accused me of RDM or FRP. I was going into the raid with other officers. I was on the side of the staircase, not being able to see the staircase or anything just the officers. I than turned to the right to go upstairs but then I saw someone laying on the ground. My instincts kicked in thinking he had a gun and was laying on the ground to avoid being shot at easily. So i quickly took him out thinking he was trying to shoot us. I tried to tell the staffs but none of them heared my out or anything and just kept accusing and ignoring and just banned me permanently and laughing. I believe the staffs that took in this scene had a big ego because they were staff and not playing a fair game for everyone. In the clip you can see I could not see the stair was facing the officers but when i turned right i immediately saw the suspect and thought he had a gun and shot him as my instincts.
