Incident Description*:
We received a call on the radio from someone reporting that they needed backup because someone was flashing flashbangs at the red house. After many questions about its location, we finally found out. When I went there with a friend, I decided to stand next to the VHP, next to his car. When I stopped, he backed away and suddenly started shooting for no reason. There was no one else around, and no one else was shooting. Then, as we were investigating, he started running away. We called the SBI and he drove away.

Rules Violated*: FTVL Failure To Value Life – Not caring about survival in dangerous RP/Friendly Fire and LTAA.
