Incident Description*:

While I was playing the game, the moderator came up to a dead body from a recent shooting, brought out his shotgun and shot a dead body twice, before I had asked about this rule break I did not know it could be enforced when someone is playing as SBI and it is far to late to enforce it now myself, so I have decided to report it. (Not shown in the clip but after I had said "Clipped" the Moderator then decided to act in a very unprofessional manner and continue to spam "Clipped" in my face and say that he didn't break any rules)
