Incident Description*:

Suspect was on-top of the roof near DMV, Told partner about how i say someone up there,
He started firing at us from the roof with an semi-automatic rifle and took me and a few other people down whilst we we're on a call unrelated.

Suspect left the game shortly after killing numerous people.
