Whitelisted Entity Guidelines: Professional Standards and Equal Opportunities

What’s the purpose?

These guidelines are established to ensure that whitelisted entities, such as government and civilian organizations, operate with integrity, professionalism, and fairness within Mountain Interactive Roleplay Games. They reflect our commitment to safeguarding player rights, promoting a balanced and inclusive roleplay experience, and enforcing compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

The Key Principles

1. Equal Access to Paid Perks

  1. Players who have purchased in-game services or perks must maintain uninterrupted access to these benefits, regardless of their involvement with a whitelisted entity.

  2. Blocking, restricting, or denying players access to their purchased perks is a serious violation of Subscriber's Rights and will result in severe penalties, including Account Termination for the responsible parties.

  3. Whitelisted entities must not impose additional barriers or conditions on players accessing their paid services or perks.

2. Non-Discriminatory Practices

  1. Equal Treatment
Whitelisted entities are strictly prohibited from engaging in bias, favoritism, or discrimination based on personal relationships, affiliations, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal identifiers.

  2. Inclusive Opportunities
All players, regardless of their background or identity, must have equal opportunities to join, participate in, and benefit from whitelisted entities.

  3. Fair Role Assignment
Role assignment, promotions, and other decisions must be based on merit, skill, and fairness, with transparent selection processes designed to eliminate favoritism or partiality.

  4. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Harassment, bullying, or targeting individuals based on their identity or personal traits will result in immediate disciplinary action, including potential removal from whitelisted entities.

  5. Accountability and Reporting
Entities are required to maintain open channels for reporting discrimination or bias, ensuring that complaints are addressed promptly and appropriately.

  6. Commitment to Diversity
Whitelisted entities are encouraged to actively promote diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where all individuals feel valued and respected.

3. Professionalism and Conduct

  1. Whitelisted entities must exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, acting as role models within the game community.

  2. Leaders and members are expected to handle disputes, disagreements, and issues respectfully and constructively.

  3. Unprofessional behavior, including abuse of power, unjust removal of members, or selective enforcement of rules, is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate corrective actions.

  4. Entities must ensure their activities enhance the roleplay experience rather than disrupt it.

4. Adherence to Terms & Conditions

  1. All whitelisted entities must strictly comply with Mountain Interactive’s Terms & Conditions and community guidelines.

  2. Any action that infringes on player rights, exploits game mechanics, or undermines the community’s trust is subject to disciplinary measures.

  3. Violations include, but are not limited to:

    • Harassment or bullying of players.

    • Misuse of authority to control or exploit others.

    • Violations of our anti-cheating policies.

5. Transparency and Accountability

  1. Leaders of whitelisted entities are fully accountable for their own actions and the actions of their members.

  2. Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to ensure entities operate in alignment with these guidelines.

  3. Players who believe they have been subjected to unfair treatment by a whitelisted entity are encouraged to submit a complaint through official support channels for thorough investigation.

  4. Whitelisted entities are required to maintain clear records of their operations, including membership lists, activity logs, and decision-making processes, to ensure transparency.

6. Official and Unofficial Group Membership

  1. 1. Mountain Interactive requires all official and unofficial community groups to maintain a club.

    • Each group, whether whitelisted or unwhitelisted, must establish and maintain an official club within the game or community platform.

    • A dedicated member of the group must be officially listed as a club member, ensuring proper representation of the group.

  2. This requirement ensures that all team members and players can easily identify which players belong to which group, promoting transparency and collaboration across the roleplay community.

  3. Clubs must keep membership rosters updated and accessible for auditing purposes.

7. Mountain Interactive's Authority Over Whitelisted Groups

  1. Mountain Interactive reserves the right to suspend, disable, terminate, or completely delete any whitelisted group, roleplay group, or related entity if it:

    • Violates the Terms & Conditions or these guidelines.

    • Engages in activities that harm the community or disrupt gameplay.

    • Fails to maintain transparency, fairness, and professionalism.

    • Demonstrates repeated non-compliance with auditing processes or other administrative requirements.

  2. These actions will be taken to preserve the integrity of the roleplay environment and protect player interests.

8. Equal Representation of Whitelisted Entities

  1. Whitelisted entities must actively foster an inclusive environment where all players feel welcomed and valued.

  2. Whitelisted entities should not restrict membership based on arbitrary or exclusive criteria, ensuring all players have a fair chance to participate in roleplay activities.

  3. Roleplay groups must avoid monopolizing or controlling critical aspects of gameplay that would disadvantage other players.

9. Respect for Player Creativity

  1. Whitelisted entities are encouraged to collaborate with players to foster creativity and unique roleplay experiences.

  2. Any attempt to suppress or plagiarize player-generated content without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Responsibility in Leadership

  1. Leaders of whitelisted entities are expected to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, fostering teamwork, fairness, and collaboration among members.

  2. Leaders must mediate conflicts within their organizations and ensure that disputes do not escalate into harassment or unfair treatment.

⚠️Enforcement and Consequences

  1. Violations of these guidelines will result in escalating consequences, including:

    • Formal warnings.

    • Temporary suspension of whitelist privileges.

    • Permanent removal of whitelist status.

    • Suspension, disabling, termination, or complete deletion of the whitelisted group or roleplay entity.

  2. Mountain Interactive reserves the right to investigate, audit, and enforce these guidelines to protect the integrity of the community.
