What Happened?
I appealed from ban because I was glitching , then my appeal got revieved and got accepted so after 15 hours from review wanted to enter game but It said that I still have ban. I asked administrator to check situation and he said that I got banned for alt account but I am 100% sure that I did not used it to join YOUR game. Administrator told me to appeal again and tell you all my alts : ChlebekzCukrem and nawros3 .I appealed from using alt and got denied. I don't know what to do, admins instruction are bad and you are accusing me of using alts, I said all my alts and denied, I don't know how it works.

Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message)
I only have message from previous ban but in previous ban message I did not get any information, only that it's permament and I need to appeal.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I should get second chance because I was thinking about my behavior few weeks and now I know that my glitching was very bad, now I want to change myself and roleplay with other people. I admit to glitching, I feel ashamed but really want to change myself I apologise for my rule break It won't happen again, I only want from you one last chance and I won't waste it. I did not used my alts I just stopped playing your game and after some time I decided to appeal but never ever tried to use my alt. I really don't know how it work but I did not used alt to play your game. I say again that I did not used alts and you still accusing me, I am trying my best to roleplay with others, change myself and I have problem and next problem. I am so sorry for my behavior but I did not use alts, please how I can get unbanned and prove that I DID NOT USE ALTS.
