During a major shooting incident at Town Hall, I arrived on scene and detained an individual who was actively shooting and pointing a firearm. At the time, the person was dressed in civilian clothing and did not identify themselves as law enforcement or staff. I later learned that the individual was the Head of Security (a moderator), and upon verifying their identity, I immediately released them. The allege moderator was playing as civilian. Shortly after, a player named sargentluke122, acting as an SBI agent, arrested me and charged me with multiple offenses that were completely unfounded. I explained to him that the person I detained was in civilian attire and I had no way of knowing they were a moderator. He ignored my explanation entirely. I requested that he show his badge, which he refused to do. He placed me in a cell isolated from other players without justification. I asked for a moderator to review the situation, and he refused to wait or contact another SBI agent. He falsely accused me of using a government vehicle to commit a crime, even though I was nowhere near any vehicle—I had only detained the individual near the staircase. He also charged me with attacking a government facility, which is inaccurate and misleading. I did not attack any facility; I simply responded to an active shooter situation and detained someone who appeared to be a civilian. Knew it was him because I saw him early got his name, The arrest report confirmed that it was sargentluke122. Can this be erased from my record, this individual should be banned.
